Answer
As part of “A Fair Start” Action Plan Key Area 3(x), the most recent delivery of digital devices took place in Autumn 2023 and was the third phase of the rollout of the programme. That particular phase was oversubscribed and consequently, requests for a further 1,907 devices have been placed on hold. The supply and distribution of further digital devices to schools is dependent upon additional capital budget.
