Answer
The Strategy for Victims and Survivors contains a commitment to work with victims and survivors, and with wider society, to develop a designated public space of reflection where people can come together to remember our past. This is a complex and sensitive area of work, and it will take time.
To date, the focus has been on the design and development of the new Victims Support Programme which is expected to contribute to a range of commitments in the Strategy.
As we continue to deliver the Strategy, we will engage with relevant partners, including victims and survivors and their representative groups, to consider next steps in relation to the development of a public space of reflection.
