Answer
My Department does not record the average processing time for Road Licence Agreements. Any attempt to do so would require an extensive exercise to be conducted across the Divisions and this would produce data of limited accuracy given that some Road Licence Agreements can take a long time to agree due to factors outside the control of my Department.
